Crop production

Agricultural companies controlled by Agrowill Group grow various grain crops: wheat and barley. We hold a 1.5 pct market share in Lithuania in terms of primary grain production.
Another area of our activities is production of raw material of biofuel. We contribute to the implementation of the European Union’s objective to become a global leader in terms of the volume of energy generated from renewable resources - the EU renewable energy market accounts for half of the global market. The share of energy generated from renewable sources in Lithuania may reach 10 pct in the nearest future. Therefore, the group is expanding its rape fields and modernising cultivation technologies to produce as much raw material for biofuel as possible.
Marketable culture of the company owned 70% of agricultural land.
Agrowill Group is capable of growing approximately 40 thousand tonnes of grain and some 6 thousand tonnes of rape per year. It is planned that after several years of systematic work to modernize and operated farms, harvested crops have reached 60-70 thousand. tons per year.
