Land management

Agricultural land management is an important area of activity of Agrowill Group.
Since the 2011's subsidiary Agrowill Group Company  "Agro Management Team”, UAB has been taken over the agricultural asset management services. The company provides agricultural companies controlled by it with arable land, leases land to other entities engaged in agricultural activities, and buys agricultural land plots. The companies controlled by Agrowill Group currently have almost 22,000 hectares of agricultural land at their disposal. Compared to 2004, the area of farmland has increased three-fold. In addition, the company controls another 10,000 hectares of agricultural land, including 8,500 hectares of land leased to other agricultural operators. In 2011, Agrowill Group’s earnings from land lease alone amounted to LTL 3,2 million. Earnings from land lease are forecast to grow in proportion to the growth of agricultural product prices.
The total area of agricultural land controlled by Agrowill Group exceeds 30,000 hectares and is the largest area of land controlled by legal entities in the Baltic states. The company’s development vision envisages doubling of this area and becoming a large agricultural company capable of competing in the European Union.
