Established in 2003, Agrowill Group is the largest, most modern and as yet the only Lithuanian centrally-managed group of 16 companies involved in primary agricultural production, which is expanding at a fast pace. Agrowill Group is currently controlling about 35,000 hectares of farmland.
In Lithuania, just like in other Central and Eastern European countries, agriculture remains a stagnant sector cultivated using traditional and outdated methods. A team of energetic young businessmen and agriculture specialists took up the challenge of being the first in Lithuania to adopt a new advanced centralised farm model, which had proven effective in many West European countries.
Having rallied agricultural companies with different capacity and applied a common cropping technology, the innovative group has managed to substantially boost the efficiency of its farms and the quality of products as well as become one of the key players on the Lithuanian agricultural market.
Agrowill Group and its subsidiaries currently employ about 700 skilled people.

In milk production sphere: by applying business model of Western countries in the production of dairy products, to attain final net cost per kilo of produced milk not exceeding 70 % of the average selling price;
In crop production field: by optimal use of the available resources, to attain the net cost of production not exceeding 70 % of the planned selling price.

Orientation to creation of added value to shareholders and users: the net cost of our products is the index whereby to evaluate our work; we are profit seeking company and our remuneration depends on the profit attained.
