Agrowill Group AB calls meeting with bondholders with regard to possibilities to
decrease the level of the debt of the Company

Agrowill Group AB appealed to the brokerage company “Orion Securities” which
represents the bondholders of the Company and informed that the meeting with
bondholders is organized. At the meeting Company will present the possibilities
to decrease the level of the debt of the Company against bondholders while
Company passes restructuring. 
The meeting will be held on 3th September, 2010, 1 p.m.  at the hotel „Holiday
Inn“, conference room “Columbus”,  Šeimyniškių g. 1 , Vilnius. 
Proposals to the bondholders will be announced immediately after it be
submitted.
