Notification about acquisition of a block of shares

Agrowill Group AB received a notice from Volemer Holdings Limited regarding
acquisition of voting rights. The declared limit reached - 20 percent (at the
65.260.397 Lt share capital of the Company) . The  reason for overstepping the
limit - purchase of shares  of the new issue according decision of the AGM of
the Company.
