Notification about acquisition (disposal) of a block of shares

Agrowill Group AB received a notices from:

1) AB “ŽIA valda“ regarding disposal of voting rights. The declared limit
reached - 30 percent (at the 27.687.747 Lt share capital of the Company) . The 
reason for overstepping the limit - sale of shares (block trade). 
2) UAB „Finhill soft management“ regarding acquisition of voting rights. The
declared limit reached - 30 percent (at the 27.687.747 Lt share capital of the
Company) . The  reason for overstepping the limit - purchase of shares (block
trade). 
3) Gediminas Žiemelis regarding acquisition of voting rights. The declared
limit reached - 30 percent (at the 27.687.747 Lt share capital of the Company)
. The  reason for overstepping the limit - purchase of shares of the Company
(block trade)  by related  person UAB „Finhill soft management“ 
4) Gediminas Žiemelis regarding managing person's contract over the shares of
the Company (as described in par. 3 of this notification). 
5) Vretola Holdings Limited regarding acquisition of voting rights. The
declared limit reached - 25 percent (at the 65.260.397 Lt share capital of the
Company) . The  reason for overstepping the limit - purchase of shares  of the
new issue according decision of the AGM of the Company. 
6) AB “Invalda”“ regarding disposal of voting rights. The declared limit
reached - 5 percent (at the 65.260.397 Lt share capital of the Company) . The 
reason for overstepping the limit - new issue of the shares of the Company and
increase of share capital.
