Agrowill Group gets new member of Board

Agrowill Group, one of the largest agricultural investment and development companies in the Baltic states, continues to strengthen its top management team. The company's Board has been joined by a new member, Mamertas Krasauskas, the head of agricultural company Agrowill Želsvelė, one of the largest subsidiaries of Agrowill Group.
Mamertas Krasauskas has more than ten years' experience in the fertilizer industry. In addition, he had held a managerial position in Lithuania's leading fertilizer production company Arvi Fertis for almost 10 years.
"Mamertas Krasauskas' active involvement will be beneficial and will create value added, as he will represent the opinion of the heads of agricultural subsidiaries, which is very important in tackling current production issues. In addition, his experience in fertilizer production and trade will be useful in developing new commercial activities of Agrowill Group," Vladas Bagavičius, Board Chairman of Agrowill Group, has said.
Krasauskas will replace Mindaugas Juozaitis, a member of the Board who contributed a lot to the improvement of the company's activities during the economic crisis, controlled complex processes and prepared the company for restructuring.
