Agrowill Group successfully completes Grūduva acquisition deal

On 25 September, Agrowill Group successfully completed the acquisition of Grūduva. It currently controls a 97.28% stake in Grūduva. 
According to audited data, unconsolidated net earnings of Grūduva in 2007 amounted to LTL 16.2 million (EUR 4.7 million) and EBITDA made up LTL 7.6 million (EUR 2.2 million). The company’s net profit in 2007 reached LTL 4.9 million (EUR 1.4 million).

Grūduva employs 117 people and controls over 4,000 ha of land.  Last year, it kept more than 800 cows. The herd is increased every year. Average annual milk yields per cow make up 6 tons.
