Marius Žutautas to Start in the Office of Agrowill Group General Manager

Agrowill Group, a top Baltic agricultural investment and development company, witnesses a change in management, as Algirdas Pereckas, general manager, is replaced by Marius Žutautas, previously production manager at the company.
“Algirdas Pereckas has carried out what was agreed on and the tasks set, i.e. to enhance production processes at Agrowill Group companies by autumn 2011. Under his leadership, the company’s performance generated profit, with enhancement in the company indicators: milk output per cow increased more than by a ton, followed by implementation of efficient changes in the field of livestock farming, and implementation of efficient crop rotation system. The company retains its ambitious goals to enhance indicators; for this reason, due to quality production performance in the recent period, the board of the company decided to charge Marius Žutautas with functions of the general manager (he has previously held office of company production manager)”, stated Vladas Bagavičius, Agrowill Group chairman of the board.
Marius Žutautas, replacing Mr Pereckas, has experience in the field of management of real estate and holding companies. Since autumn 2010, Marius Žutautas held elected office in the board, and since spring 2011, he held office of production manager. Priority for the new manager remains further enhancement of efficiency, implementation and maintenance of centralised management processes. Marius Žutautas shall also retain his office as manager of Agro Management Team UAN, affiliate to Agrowill Group AB, which was established in the august 2011 and provides management services of agricultural property.
Algirdas Pereckas returns to the private sector of agricultural business.
Vladas Bagavičius shall retain his position as Agrowill Group chairman of the board.
