New motivating system of vegetable-stock and stock-raising sectors

AB “Agrowill Group” had intensive discussions with chairpersons of partnerships and heads of departments on the models of salaries for crop production and stock-raising farms.
Hourly work tariffs were instituted for crop production farm, including the equal premiums for the main works. We are seeking that work payment system would be the same in all farms. Tariffs may differ a little depending on how intensively the agriculture is propagated in one or other district.
After reform of stock-raising farms motivation system and during the change of order, salaries would directly depend on the reached working results, that is, income of sold milk, calves above 550 kg, dressing clutches (unit) and semination (for in-calf). Also demotivators are set for falling heifers (unit) and in case of deductions for milk quality.
After the change of order it is expected that every employee would take his duties and work quality more responsibly, because the reward for work will directly depend on this.
