New person joins team of managers of Agrowill Group holdings

Virginijus Kropaitis took office as the head of Agrowill Mantviliškis, Agrowill Vėriškės and Agrowill Skėmiai in April this year. Kropaitis previously had practical training at Canadian company Canadian Agra (1993–1995) and headed one of the largest Lithuanian agricultural companies, Agra Corporation.  Kropaitis has named the main points of activity of the companies managed by him that, in his opinion, should be improved or reorganised. “One should pay attention to the main issues in any activity, namely reasonable human resource management and introduction of innovations as well as upgrading of technical facilities,” he said.
