The restructuring plan of the Agrowill Group, AB approved

The Meeting of the creditors of the restructuring Agrowill Group, AB approved Restructuring plan.
According to the Law on Restructuring the company's Restructuring plan will be filed to the court for the approval.
Company‘s debt against creditors as of 31 August, 2010 was 73,384 mln. LTL.
